Recommendations & Restrictions

“You know, it’s weird. I know a lot of my friends are frustrated by the frequency of changes in guidelines and suggested practices and everything. But a part of me is actually comforted by that. It tells me that the people working hardest on figuring this thing out are constantly learning and finding new information. Do I like making changes to the way I live my life this often? Of course not. But if it keeps me and my kids healthy, I can certainly manage.”
